TubiGuard

Prototype

TubiGuard is a water-quality monitoring prototype. Four probes sit in the water; the readings arrive on a small display built into the enclosure, alongside a three-state indicator that shows SAFE, WARNING or UNSAFE at a glance.

It was built from the board up — breadboard wiring, sensor conditioning boards, a microcontroller and a display — then moved into a project enclosure with the display and indicator lights mounted through the front panel.

It is a prototype. The photographs are from testing, and the values on the display are readings taken during those tests.

Built for a client who has asked to remain anonymous. No client detail is published.

The assembled TubiGuard enclosure with four probes submerged in a tank of water, the on-device display showing readings and the SAFE indicator lit.

What is in it

  • ESP32 microcontroller
  • pH probe with signal-conditioning board
  • Turbidity probe
  • TDS probe (Gravity TDS meter board)
  • Temperature probe
  • 0.96" I²C OLED display
  • SAFE / WARNING / UNSAFE indicator LEDs
  • Project enclosure with panel-mounted display and connector

What we did

  • Circuit design and breadboard prototyping
  • Sensor integration across four measurement types
  • On-device readout and three-state status indication
  • Enclosure fit-out and panel mounting
  • Bench testing with probes submerged
