FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

If something here is not covered, ask — a straight answer is faster than a guess.

What does Next AIM actually do?

We build practical digital solutions for businesses and organizations — software, connected hardware and the work in between. That runs across eight service lines, from websites and custom software to CRM systems, automation, AI and IoT.

What happens after I get in touch?

The same nine steps every time, whether the job is a website or a sensor on a wall. We start by understanding the business and identifying the problem, then discuss possible solutions, recommend an approach, and estimate scope and requirements before anything is built.

What do you build with?

React, Node.js, Express.js and PostgreSQL for software. ESP32 and Arduino for connected hardware. Which of them a job uses depends on the job.

Do you do hardware as well as software?

Yes. IoT and smart technology is one of the eight service lines — sensors and controllers reporting to a screen you can read at a glance. Keeping hardware and software in one team means nothing gets lost in the handover.

IoT & Smart Technology

Do you still do printing?

Yes. Next AIM Printing is an operating service, not a past project — it is where the company started, and that work still runs alongside everything else.

Who would I be working with?

A small, founder-led team. You deal directly with the people doing the work rather than an account manager who passes it along.

Meet the team

Do you support what you build after it launches?

Support and maintain is the ninth and final step of how we work, so it is part of the process rather than something bolted on afterward. What that covers in practice is agreed per project.

Do you work with clients outside the Philippines?

It is possible, and it depends on the project. Some work suits remote delivery and some does not — connected hardware, for instance, usually needs someone on site.

How do I get in touch?

Email or Facebook. There is no phone number at the moment — the contact page lists the channels that actually reach us.

Can I see examples of your work?

Yes. The portfolio has the TubiGuard water-quality prototype with photographs from testing, the printing service the company started with, and the device and workstation work we do week to week. It also says plainly which services have no finished project on record yet.

When are you available?

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine time.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

Bring the problem, not the spec. We will work out the shape of it together.
